Kansas City Girls
Leadership Institute
A leadership program exclusive to KCGPA Alumnae
What is KCGLI?
A high school leadership program that provides enrichment opportunities via leadership development, mentorship, and scholarship. In our first year, scholars will meet once a quarter (4 times). During that time, they will receive support and programming around sisterhood and community, access to multiple learning opportunities, and help in building a successful pathway to post-secondary goals! High schoolers will also have access to and opportunities involving college visits, free study abroad experiences, direct mentorship, and college scholarships. You don't want to miss this amazing experience!
What is the criteria to participate? If you have been successfully promoted from 8th grade OR completed your 9th grade year at KCGPA, then you are considered an alumnae. Additionally, alumnae must be currently enrolled in a high school in the Kansas City Missouri School District.
